Are these officially licensed products?

Yes. For each title, THE SUGAR PUNCH makes products under an official license.

Where are they made?

Everything from fabric and sewing to processing and printing is done in Japan.

How should I choose my size?

T-shirts and long sleeves have a relaxed fit. If you want a relaxed fit, take your usual size; for a trimmer fit, one size down is also a good guide. Each product page has a size chart plus the model's height and size. See also SIZING.

What is the fabric?

Thick, ring-spun 100% cotton. It is sturdy and keeps its shape after washing, and we deliberately vintage-process it.

How do I care for it?

Please check the care label. Washing may speed up wear.

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is free, within Japan and internationally. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship within 10 days after payment is confirmed (pre-order items excluded). Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship on the next business day or later. Delivery times for international orders vary by country and region.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customer reasons (such as a change of color or size). If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery. For details, see SHIPPING & RETURNS.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. The site is available in Japanese, English, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and we ship internationally.

Are products limited in quantity?

Some products are limited in quantity. This is stated on each product page.
