About canceling products

We do not accept cancellations or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If the product is defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns after 7 days from the date of arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:

・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago

・Products that have been used even once, washed or altered

・Products that have developed an odor while in the customer's possession

・Items with missing or damaged accessories

・Items with lost receipt or tag
